Description:
Sectionalizers are automatic circuit opening devices that are installed on the load side of fault-interrupting devices and count its fault-trip operations. Sectionalizers can be set to open after one, two, or three counts have been detected
with a predetermined time span. Sectionalizers are used in conjunction with fuses and reclosers and may have inrush current restraint features to prevent a false count when lines are re-energized.
