Max One Date of Creation

Purpose: Test that not more than one date of creation for the metadata is given.

Check that at most one Date Type element with attribute codeListValue equal 'creation' exists.

Notes

The multiplicity of the element is zero or one.

According to ISO/TS 19139:2007, it is also recommended that the Date Type element has a non-empty free text value.
