EURADIN has gathered partners with very strong
relationships with INSPIRE:
CNIG/IGN - The responsible person (Sebastian Mas-Mayoral) for the Spanish project partner CNIG/IGN
has been member of the INSPIRE Experts Group. Today he is the Spanish representative in
the INSPIRE Committee for Spain. CNIG/IGN is the Technical Secretariat of the National Geographic High Council and it is coordinating and managing the INSPIRE LMO "IDEE Working Group of the Commission on Geomatics (National Geographic High Council)". As LMO proposed 4 experts to the INSPIRE IR drafting teams, 2 are today experts working in
the drafting teams. As LMO has also sent reference materials
RP + CSI - The project partners Regione Piemonte and CSI Piemonte constituted “SITAD Sistema
Piemonte” both as a SDIC and a LMO for the Preparatory Phase of INSPIRE Directive. The
expert submitted by this organization was involved in INSPIRE Drafting Teams: Claudia Pegoraro from CSI Piemonte, member of the Data Specifications Drafting Team.
NorMCA - The project partner Norwegian Mapping and Cadastre Authority (NorMCA) is the national
contact point for INSPIRE in Norway and heavily involved in the INSPIRE work. Arvid Lillethun is a member of the Data Specification Drafting Team, Olaf Østensen a member of the Network Services drafting Team, and Laila Aslesen a member of the data Sharing Drafting Team. Olaf Østensen is also a member of the INSPIRE Committee. Olaf Østensen is
the Chairman of ISO/TC 211 Geographic information/Geomatics which has published more
than 30 international standards, including ISO 19112:2003 – Geographic information – Spatial referencing by geographic identifiers. Morten Borrebæk is convenor of WG 4 on
Geospatial services in ISO/TC 211.
NLS - The project partner Lantmäteriet (NLS) is appointed national contact point for INSPIRE by
the Swedish government. Stefan Björkhammar, NLS, is a member of the Data and Service Sharing Drafting Team, Ewa Rannestig, NLS, has for several years been a member of the Commission INSPIRE expert group and Margareta Lindquist is appointed a member of the INSPIRE committee by the Swedish government
IA - The project partner IA whilst not directly involved with the INSPIRE specification drafting
teams, is very active indirectly because their partners (IDeA) and the Local Government
Association (LGA) are represented on the UK standards drafting work-groups; One of their
consultants is likely to play a leading role in QA'ing the specification work on addressing for
the INSPIRE proposals coming from the UK; and they sit of the INSPIRE Committee of the Association for Geographic Information (AGI) in the UK which advises the drafting teams indirectly
IGNF - The project partner IGNF has 6 experts involved in INSPIRE drafting teams: Marie-Louise
Zambon, chair of the Monitoring and reporting DT, Dominique Laurent, member of the Data Specifications DT, Didier Richard, member of the Network Services DT, Nicolas Lesage, member of the Metadata DT, Romain Vialle, member of the Data and Service Sharing DT
KADASTER - The project partner Kadaster Netherlands is organised as a Legal Mandated Organisation (LMO) in the INSPIRE organisation. From the Kadaster Marcel Reuvers contributes in a major way at the drafting of implementing rules for metadata (chair DT Metadata) and for data specifications (member DT DS).
VUGTK - The person in charge of the project for the partner VUGTK, Pavla Tryhubova is member of the cadastral domain working group for implementation of INSPIRE.
