Mission and Objectives: 
GeoStudio Poland is a SME established in 2004. At the beginning we were dealing with GI for environmental assessments and spatial planning. Currently we offer: implementation of GeoServices (INSPIRE compliant), data and metadata transformation, EI assessments, training in GIS, WebGIS and RS. We focus on the Free And Open Source Software tools.

As president of the company I am a member of thematic associations, related to GI, soil and the wider environment. I was involved in two project dealing with INSPIRE: NatureSDIplus, INSPIRE SoP and another addressing SEIS (NESIS), while working at SADL, KULEUVEN R&D in Belgium.
Activities: 
Developing data models, implementing GI network services, transformation between data models, application of Open Source Software (FOSS4G).
Membership: 
European Society for Soil Conservation, OSGeo Fundation, International Association of Hydrological Sciences, International Geospatial Society.

    Previous Experience relevant for INSPIRE development
    Within the framework of the NatureSDIplus project - participation in the development of candidate data specifications for Annex III themes addressing biodiversity: 17, 18, 19 and proposal for 7 (EMF). Within the framework of the NESIS project - analysis and report on the state of Play of Environmental Monitoring and Reporting Systems in Europe. Currently participating in implementation of INSPIRE services in two pilot projects addressing biodiversity and spatial planning. Loose cooperation with public partner from Tanzania in ragard with SDI for Tanzanian spatial planning sector.
