Mission and Objectives: 
The use of GIS-TECHNOLOGY and Remote Sounding of the Earth is of great importance. It is known, that GIS represents a hardware-software complex based on the digital cards with some databases adhered to them. Mention should be noted that the creation of adaptive-landscape agriculture is practically impossible without GIS-TECHNOLOGIES and RS.

Nowadays all the economically developed, countries as well as countries of transitive type of economy have well developed national GIS of the ground resources, worked out, at least, in small and average scale. They solve not only the problems concerning traditional ground-estimated, questions of the systematized account of the ground but also some modern problems of the functional-target and complex agroecological estimation, according to the list of the priorities facing every state.
Activities: 
Using the GIS-TECHNOLOGIES and RS in the adaptive-landscape agriculture is connected, first of all, with the numbering the maps and sharts which depends on the equipment, the software and qualification of the personnel. Common positions for various methods are scanning of a topographical basis and assignment of coordinates to raster image. Next, the electronic geomorphological card called " “ a card of forms and elements of a relief " is created. Simultaneously a soil card received as a result of lead mappings is digitized- a soil card, as wel as electronic cards of existing fields of a crop rotation, borders of a facilities, roads, forest belts, a hydrographic network and reservoirs, haymakings and pastures, floor spaces are based on the plan of interfarm land.
Membership: 
Taking account these disadvantages academician V.I.Kirjushinym worked out methodology which makes it possible to create the models of agriculture systems, weighed not only with physical space, but also in social and economic in view of certain set of factors : - The standard (market) needs (the market of products, needs of animal industries, the requirement of production processing); - agroecological requirements of cultures and their environmentforming influence; - agroecological parameters of the grounds (natural resource potential); - Industrial resource potential, the level of intensification; - Economic ways, a social infrastructure; - Quality of production and inhabitancy, ecological restrictions.
Comments: 
Application of modern GIS-TECHNOLOGIES in land management gives an opportunity to use high-tech electronic means for input and updating of data in databases of the state ground cadastre (SGC) in Republican scale and global that makes it possible to have an exact and fresh information on current land management of the territory.
