Infoterra has a 150 strong team of highly skilled staff, 60% holding graduate and post graduate qualifications/research experience including experts in GIS and environmental monitoring and management, agriculture, forestry, cartography (digital mapping), telecommunications and geological exploration. Infoterra employees are also skilled in the development of systems software specific to the management of geographic data, to web delivery and strategic/development consultancy.
Activities: 
Infoterra has a complete range of geographic information service offerings, including the provision of geo-spatial data and other GIS related products (off the shelf), reselling GIS and data processing software, undertaking extensive production orientated work (e.g. large data capture contracts), and offering an extensive range of value added services based on development of existing technology, e.g. geo-spatial web delivery systems or data analysis. Infoterra has a business philosophy of delivering total geographic information solutions, addressing client needs, both today and in the future. The Infoterra client base includes a broad spectrum of industry areas such as: European Institutions, National Government, Local Government, Oil, Gas and Mineral Exploration, Telecommunications, Agriculture, Forestry, Defence and the Environment. Infoterra's customer include the UK's Defra, Office of Deputy Prime Minister, Highways Agency and the Ministry of Defence.
