The FMCCA is located at the heart of Antwerp ZOO, the highly esteemed nineteenth century zoo. No city other than Antwerp can boast an international conference centre in the exclusive location of one of the oldest and best kept 19th century zoos of Europe. The FMCCA is part of the ZOO Foundation, a home for animal welfare, nature conservation and science. This means that the FMCCA is socially relevant and embedded in the fabric of the ZOO.
