The Conference Centre is located right next to Antwerp Central Station! So, coming by train is the smart solution.

If you fly to Brussels Airport (Zaventem), you can get there by train in 30 minutes. From Schiphol Airport (Amsterdam) a Thalys train will take you to Antwerp in less than 60 minutes.

Getting to Antwerp by plane

Antwerp is surrounded by airports! Zaventem (Brussels) International will be the easiest options for most travellers. But low cost carriers often fly to Eindhoven and Brussels South Charleroi Airport.

Note: Brussels airlines and by extension the Lufthansa group (Austrian, Eurowings, Lufthansa and Swiss) are the Official Airline partner and offer up to 10% discount on worldwide flights to Brussels for the conference !

The discounted airfares and conditions can be booked and ticketed via the dedicated online booking platform on the Lufthansa webpage. This platform will also display any public and promotional fares independent of the Discounted Airfares within the frame of the discount agreement in order to offer you the lowest available airfares! The access code will be provided upon registering for the conference.

Getting to Antwerp by Car

Are you planning on coming to Antwerp by car? Please note that the city centre of Antwerp is now a low emission zone. Register your vehicle before coming to Antwerp and check whether you can enter the zone.

Parking Station ZOO (formerly Nova):

visitors of the Elisabeth Center Antwerp pay €4 for a day ticket. Don't forget to ask attendants in the Elisabeth Center Antwerp to validate your parking ticket! A good number of car parks are available in the immediate vicinity of Flanders Meeting & Convention Center Antwerp. Electronic signposts announce the location of car parks and free spaces (purple zone).

Getting to Antwerp by Train

You can easily get to Antwerp by train. National and international trains such as Thalys and Eurostar stop in Antwerp-Central Station. There are fifteen trains to and from Antwerp every hour.

If you arrive in Central Station, then stop and take the time to look around you. Many publications have rated it as one of the most beautiful stations in the world.
