Proposed Changes to the Generic Conceptual Model and Encoding Guidelines

The requirements and recommendations specified in the document have been identified in the cross-theme-discussions during the process of developing the data specifications for Annex II and III. Based on the results of the consultation and testing, these items may be revised and moved into a new version of the Generic Conceptual Model and the Guidelines for the encoding of spatial data. Other topics identified during this process may also be addressed in that revision.
