Creating INSPIRE Data and Services with FME in the Cloud

Benjamin Quest and Christian Dahmen

(Submission #107)

Meeting the specifications of the INSPIRE data models requires the implementation of automated schema transformation workflows. The implementation of those workflows can be done on premise or in the cloud. This presentation will showcase the implementation and use of hosted light weight INSPIRE mapping services based on FME Server and FME Cloud and discuss the cloud based generation and provision of INSPIRE data and services.

The presentation is based on con terra’s experiences in many INSPIRE mapping projects on creating INSPIRE GML and the related ATOM Feeds and feeding the Esri ArcGIS for INSPIRE Database Templates to provide INSPIRE compliant services.
