Surveying and Mapping Authority of the republic of Slovenia is runinng also role of National Contact Point for INSPIRE in Slovenia. In this paper I would like to introduce chalanges regarding to 'cooperation' between public agencies and autorities in Slovenia for the implementation INSPIRE as an underlying information infrastructure.
The Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia and the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, the Directorate for Space, Construction and Housing will implement the "eProstor Program of Projects" for the coordinated and quality management of the space and efficient management of real estate in the financial perspective 2014-2021. The main purpose of the program is to accelerate and improve the processes in spatial planning, building construction and real estate management, which can be achieved by connecting, easily accessible and reliable spatial data sets.
Electronic commerce will be established in the procedures for obtaining a building permit, preparing spatial documents and registering real estate. For the purposes of e-commerce, real-estate archives will be scanned, a location improvement of the graphic part of the land cadastre will be made and the data on built-up building land will be covered. In my presentation I would like to stress some importance regarding co-operation betweel all project partner and other stakeholders with special focus on implementation and use of INSPIRE and qualitative and quantitative benefits of setting up such co-operations in the wider societal, economic and environmental context.
