Since the 2016 INSPIRE conference, the Netherlands, Denmark, Flanders, Sweden, Norway and Finland have established an informal international forum to exchange knowledge about underground pipeline information sharing. The emphasis has been to share approaches guided by common principles and aims, despite different national settings. How did this forum arise? Which issues are tackled? We will discuss how the network fosters innovative developments.
