This paper presents the new Digital platform of NSDI in order to improve land governance and achieve the Global Agenda, to support government and municipal authorities form Serbia and the region. Presents the new way to make better use of the infrastructure data and services with good practice use cases from Serbia for the use of geospatial data and services through one, public web application for all citizens. New platform connects data from the government, regional and local municipalities, academia, researches and private sector creating added value service for government, market and society. With crowdsourcing functionality, platform ensures participation of the society and citizens creating governments that are more transparent and better service delivery at all levels as well as enabling citizens to actively participate in the collecting new and update existing datasets. Part of the NSDI platform is Collaboration Platform as a place for the gathering of NSDI Stakeholders and users of geospatial data in one place. The main idea of the proposed concept is based on a web application with purpose to share knowledge and examples of good practice, to provide customer support and possibility of planning with community taking into account the needs of end users. The second important role of the application is quality control of the current data and services, that is, the ability to report the detected errors for all data sets and services in one place. This functionality, above all, provides a mechanism for a unique registry of detected errors, and then influences their reduction and elimination, as well as to re-examine the production processes on side of data providers. The third functionality is the establishment of a "laboratory of ideas", that is, the environment from which future roles and pilot projects will be launched prior to official involvement in the NSDI.
