Interoperability Expertise: 
As member of DT DS , I contributed to the INSPIRE framework documents and modelling principles. I am also aware of many data specifications, through the reviews of draft documents and through trying to implement them in European projects or for IGN. I am currently helping IGN to implement INSPIRE data specification and I am also chairing the EuroGeographics INSPIRE Knowledge Exchange Network whose aim is to exchange experiences about national implementations. have been involved in the Humboldt project where I have contributed to the specification and test of HALE (Humboldt Alignment Editor). In ELF, I am leader of the subtask to define Basemap (portrayal). I strongly contributed to the clause related to identifiers in GCM but I am not expert in URI and Linked data
