Was previously involved in developing the INSPIRE AC and MF data specfications and how participated in the activity to include Observations and Measurements (ISO 19156) in the General Feature Model. I have developed a number of Application Schemas (& GML encodings) for the World Meteorological Organisation & ICAO - many of which have a strong relationship to the Observations and Measurements spec. Lots of work with Coverages ... Contributed to the development of UK Guidance on persistent URIs. Am a member of UK's Government Linked Data working group (UKGovLD). Have written many abstract test suites to accompany data specifications.
