- Thematic knowledge in the following areas: INSPIRE ANNEX I - Transport networks (Participation as editor of the TWG). - Hydrography (Close collaboration of TN experts with TWG HY for the development of the Generic Network Model). - Coordinate reference systems (Collaboration in the update of the data specification after the Annex II & III process). - Geographical grids (Collaboration in the update of the data specification after the Annex II & III process). - Administrative Units (knowledge in the field). INSPIRE ANNEX II - Elevation (Participation as editor of the TWG) - Orthoimagery (Close collaboration of EL experts with TWG OI for the development of the Coverage Base Model and the Zoned Geographic Grid for raster data). GENERAL KNOWLEDGE Overall knowledge about all INSPIRE themes, gained through analysis and research activities in the framework of topographic data base harmonization projects in Spanish, which take into account the INSPIRE Directive, its technical guidelines and data models.

- Participation as editor in the INSPIRE Thematic Working Groups on Transports networks and Elevation. - Collaboration in the update of the INSPIRE data specifications on Coordinate reference systems and Geographical grids after the Annex II & III process. - Experience in using the INSPIRE framework documents, gained through the participation in the above mentioned activities (especially D2.3 and D2.5). - Good knowledge of the INSPIRE base models (Generic Network Model, Coverage Base Model, etc.) - Expert in conceptual modelling of GI products and INSPIRE data in UML (Enterprise Architech, Visio). Experience as editor in the above mentioned INSPIRE TWGs. - GI expert with long experience in the fields of data specifications (ISO 19131), data quality (ISO 19113, ISO 19114, ISO 19138, ISO/DIS 19157) and metadata (ISO 19115, ISO 19115-2, ISO/DIS 19115-1). - Knowledge about ISO 19123 and coverage data modelling, gained through my participation as editor of TWG Elevation. - Experience in the development of abstract test suites for ICC and INSPIRE data specifications. - Participation in the Spanish national working groups for the INSPIRE implementation in the Member State - especially focused on Transport networks and Elevation themes.
