Data and service sharing Expertise:
I have run my own open WFS demo server since 2007. The service has now more than 100 feature types from Finnish Open Data. Web site that I host offers tutorials aimed to non-professional GIS users about how to acquire and convert Finnish open spatial data with easily available, free Open-Source tools. The site received first price in the Open Data competition "Apps4Finland" in year 2012 in the Data Tutorials catagory. Also an OpenStreetMap mapper since January, 2007 and interested in Open Data licenses since the long lasting debate around changing the OSM license which I followed closely.

Familiar with data quality issues and transformation tasks (format, projections, schemata) as a long time maintainer of a WMS service with large amount of layers.
