Extensive knowledge of most Annex I themes gained from working with NMCAs and central government agencies over many years and specifically working with some of them on INSPIRE related projects over the past 5-6 years. Experience gained, and general data modelling and analysis skills, is readily applicable to Annex III themes, so that I might easily work with local data experts to assess obligations and conceptual/logical data mappings to assist in transformation, harmonisation and data quality with respect to many of the themes in Annex I and III.

Knowledge of interoperability requirements and guidance gained from 20 years in spatial data industry, formal software engineering training and several INSPIRE specific projects since 2008. Annex I data specification consultation and transformation testing, with CP, HY, TN and PS data with several LMOs. Extensive work on AU, HY and TN data themes in relation to transformation, data quality, edge-matching, generalisation and identifier management, as part of the EU consortium based ESDIN project. Lead analyst for the JRC sponsored Development of Technical Guidance for INSPIRE Transformation Netwrok Services. Co-chair of the OGC Data Quality work group.
