I have participated in collection in the latest campaigns in Spain and I have helped in the creation of the portal http://gestorsi.idee.es/, tool for the coordination of campaigns of monitoring and reporting of the INSPIRE.

In the first phase, National Centre for Geographic Information we are implementing Address, Geographical Names, Administrative Units and Hidrography and orthoimagery. The first step was created the WMS and WMTS, for instance: - http://www.ign.es/wms-inspire/unidades-administrativas - http://www.ign.es/wmts/pnoa-ma and de second step the WFS: - http://www.ign.es/wfs/unidades-administrativas - http://www.cartociudad.es/wfs-inspire/direcciones These services have been created with Geoserver and Degree tools.
