Lecturer PhD at BTUCE since 2004 were I had seminars for Mathematical Geodesy, Spatial Geodes an Basis of Physical Geodesy, courses for Basis of Physical Geodesy. The subjects treated included knowledge about Reference Coordinates Systems. In 2011 the PhD thesis has as subject the altimetric conversion of the altitudes by modelling the quasigeoid. From 2004 till 2010 I worked at National Agency for Cadaster and Land Registration - NACLR were I had occupy the position of expert councilor in the Geodesy and Cartography Department. I participate at developing the national coordinates transformations application TransDATRO for ETRS89 to S42/Stereographic 1970. Also I participate in elaborating the technical normative for the implementation of the ETRS89 reference coordinate system in Romania. I was in charge for developing, monitor and control of the Romanian Positioning Determination System - ROMPOS based on the National GNSS Permanent Network. I was member in technical commission of the EUPOS project.
