Networking Expertise: 
My networking experience relies on dozens of research projects from the 7th Framework Programme to Horizon Europe projects and commercial projects in several EU Member States and beyond. I have been responsible for the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) developments for all kinds of INSPIRE networking and spatial data services. My experience comprises, among others, solid knowledge of OGC standards for Web services, including the XML Schemas. Furthermore, I am an active representative of Masaryk University in the OGC.

INSPIRE applications and software components Expertise: 
My INSPIRE applications and software components expertise is based on being a scientific/technical leader of dozens of INSPIRE implementations within and beyond the EU. My focus has been on both commercial and research aspects of INSPIRE implementations. I have been an architect of two national geoportals, one federal and dozens of organization geoportals.

Communication Expertise: 
My communication expertise comprises the following. (1) I have been a scientific/technical project officer at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, i.e. responsible for the communication within the four teams of experts I lead and beyond, i.e. to the Member States. (2) I have been an international consultant and a team leader in the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. (3) My communication skills have been used as a scientific/technical leader of dozens of INSPIRE implementations within and beyond the EU. (4) I am a professor at Masaryk University, among others, responsible for INSPIRE-related lectures. (5) I have participated in a number of INSPIRE conferences, workshops, hackathons at several levels.

Cost-benefit considerations Expertise: 
My Cost-benefit considerations expertise has been gained mainly as a scientific/technical leader of dozens of INSPIRE implementations within and beyond the EU. Cross-cutting technical issues and INSPIRE architecture Expertise: 
My experiences in cross-cutting technical issues and INSPIRE architecture cover, among others, the following. I have been a developer of registries and registers, enhancing the INSPIRE registries. I have been a European Commission contact point for the Observations & Measurements cross-theme group. My commercial and research experience based on dozens of INSPIRE-related projects has dealt with INSPIRE implementations in several EU Member States and beyond. I have conducted conformance testing for each INSPIRE component in several projects, being well-acquaintanced with the Abstract Test Suites (ATS) and Executable Test Suites (ETS). Moreover, I am one of the authors of ATS in the data specifications.
Data and service sharing Expertise: 
My Data and service sharing is based on my expertise as a consultant to several national INSPIRE contact points, primarily concerning the explanations of INSPIRE legislation and technical guidelines, reaching the desired implementation, including (open) data licences.
Monitoring and reporting Expertise: 
My Monitoring and reporting experience has been gained from being (1) a scientific/technical project officer at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, i.e. one of the INSPIRE creators within the data specification team and (2) a consultant to several national INSPIRE contact points. As such, I primarily focus on automatization of the INSPIRE Monitoring and reporting.
Interoperability Expertise: 
My interoperability experience is based on three pillars: (1) I have been a scientific/technical project officer at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, i.e. one of the INSPIRE creators within the data specification team, (2) I have been a European Commission contact point for Observations & Measurements cross-theme group and (3) I have been a scientific/technical leader of dozens of INSPIRE implementations within and beyond the EU. My focus has been on both commercial and research aspects of INSPIRE implementations.
