Webinar on 'Copernicus Climate & Atmosphere Data Stores' at virtual INSPIRE conference 2020.

Dear All, 

As you most probably know, the INSPIRE Conference 2020 was finally postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Instead a series of virtual webinars will take place between 3th and 12th of June. 

As part of this, on Friday 5th at 16h will take place the webinar "Copernicus Climate & Atmosphere Data Stores" addressed by members of the"CDS Team" at ECMWF

This session aims to provide participants with an overall view and hand-on experience of the operational Climate and Atmosphere Data Stores in terms of content and functional capabilities (catalogued resources -datasets & applications-, user interface, API, toolbox editor) as enabler for further usage.

The proposed agenda is as follow:

  • Welcome and introduction  (5 min)
  • Copernicus Climate/Atmosphere Data Stores: general overview (15 min).
    • Technical architecture  
    • Catalogue & metadata  
    • Data Access:  Interactive forms, API  
  • CDS Toolbox editor (15 min)
    • Principles & tools.
    • Creating a workflow.

    • Questions & comments.
