horizontalGeometryEstimatedAccuracy and verticalGeometryEstimatedAccuracy attributes (buildings DS)

Why the horizontalGeometryEstimatedAccuracy and verticalGeometryEstimatedAccuracy attributes are within BuildingGeometry2d if they are mean value?

My opinion is that these attributes not have mustn't be within BuildingGeometry2d where I can fill they for each geometry of buildings but they must be once for all dataset.

Definition:

The estimated absolute positional accuracy of the (X,Y) coordinates of the building geometry, in the INSPIRE official Coordinate Reference System. Absolute positional accuracy is defined as the mean value of the positional uncertainties for a set of positions where the positional uncertainties are defined as the distance between a measured position and what is considered as the corresponding true position.

NOTE: This mean value may come from quality measures on a homogeneous population of buildings or from an estimation based on the knowledge of the production processes and of their accuracy.

    Giuseppe,

    Every building can be set up in another source database from another provider and data can be measured with different accuracy.

    e.g. some buildings geometries were derived form paper map and some where measured by new mapping. Both groups have different estimated accuracy and we exactly know which are these. We also have some buildings defined by polygon and some defined by reference point. Every group has different accuracy. And if you know something about geodesy, you know that mean value doesn't have to be the same for the whole dataset
