Collecting proposals for change the Technical Guidelines on EL, OI, RS & GG (1st Round)

The INSPIRE Thematic Clusters facilitators have been asked to collect and evaluate the existing proposals for change the Technical Guidelines (TGs) from our thematic community, in order to propose and discuss them during the next MIG-T meeting to be celebrated in Rome, on 30th November – 2nd December 2015.

This meeting coincides with the kick-off of MIG-T subgroup MIWP-14 - Theme specific issues of data specifications & exchange of implementation experiences in thematic domains - foreseen to discuss the proposals for change and evolution of the TG documents.

Please, feel free to use this thread to provide requests collected in your Member State (e.g. by the national working groups for the implementation of INSPIRE, thematic experts in the domain, interested organizations or professionals, etc.) for change the TGs on any of the themes in Thematic Cluster #3 (Elevation, Orthoimagery, Reference systems & Geographical grids) – which could complement the ones already identified through the Thematic Cluster collaboration platform.

As a starting point, I am especially interested in resolving known errors and ‘typos’ in the TGs, in identifying the sections of the TGs that need to be better explained or issues which have an easy solution - with the aim to start improving these documents. However, any other issues identified by your MS (even complex) are welcome to start discussing on them in the platform.

Please - For each proposal, please provide a short description explaining the issue and localizing the affected sections in the corresponding TG and possible solution/s.

Thanks in advance!
