Help us to improve Copernicus Web Sites

Last updated by Angel LOPEZ ALOS

Dear Experts,

As part of ECMWF ongoing commitment to make our Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) and Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) as user-friendly as possible, we are running a research project to assess how well the websites currently meet your needs and what improvements we can make.

Our User Experience agency 'cxpartners' will be running the research and making recommendations based for the websites’ structure based on your feedback.

We would like to invite you to participate in the research. We are looking to speak with people from across Europe:

  • that currently use CAMS or C3S or
  • with a business, policy or academic interest in atmospheric conditions and air quality and/or climate change (e.g. data analysts, researchers, academics, policy makers, journalists)

As a thank you for taking part we will give participants €100 / £85 via either Amazon vouchers, PayPal or a charity donation.

If you would like to register your interest, please take 1 minute to enter your details in our short questionnaire by visiting

The research is likely to take place over telephone or via Skype (according to your preference) between

  • 3 October – 7 October 2016 or
  • 10 October – 14 October 2016.

Criteria, an independent research agency, will contact people that complete our questionnaire to confirm their suitability to participate in the research.

Thanks for your time in reading this and we look forward to hearing from you.

Feel free to forward this to other people that you think may be interested.
