8. HILUCS Topic: Urban green and allotment gardens

Situation: Urban green areas differ significantly from other more semi-natural areas like national parks.

Proposal:
Option I: Either add two subtypes under 3_4_4_OpenAirRecreationalAreas as 3_4_4_1_UrbanGreeneryAndParks and 3_4_4_2_SemiNaturalAreasAndNationalParks.
Option II: Or cut out the semi-natural areas like nature reserves, natural parks out from the definition of HILUCS class 3_4_4_OpenAirRecreationalAreas and rather store this kind of information together with similar land purposes like nature protection as a “constraint” under a different class, for example “nature/landscape protective areas”.

Further, find a place for AllotmentGardens (Schrebergärten), either under 3_4_4 or 3_4_5.
