Workshop: Merging statistics and geospatial information - lessons learned towards INSPIRE

The workshop was organized for sharing the knowledge developed in the National Statistical Institutes (NSI) towards stronger implementation of geographical information together with statistical applications. The workshop spanned across several themes – from address registries to population. In the end it provided a good overview of the current state of play of Statistics and GI in respect to INSPIRE.
