    Clause Data capture in chapter 9 instead of chapter 10 in the group Topo & Cadastre, Reference Data

    In the Data Specification, the clauses related to Data Capture are in clauses 9 (9.4 to 9.9) whereas according to the common Template, they should be in chapter 10. As a consequence, clause "Portrayal" is in chapter 10 instead of being in chapter 11.
