Layer naming in the group Earth Science

We have been looking at the issue of Layer Names (described in section 11.1 of the data specification) and have identified two issues: 1. For GE.GeologicUnit there two recommended styles, for lithology and age. However, in a service, layer names have to be unique so should we use GE.GeologicUn...

OMSO schema file should refer to the OGC WaterML 2.0 schema in the group Environmental Monitoring & Observations

Hi, I just noted that the OM Specialized Observations 2.0 schema published at http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/omso/2.0/SpecialisedObservations.xsd still refers to the unofficial WaterML 2.0 draft schema at http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/draft-schemas/waterml/2.0rfc/waterml2.xsd. ...

horizontalGeometryEstimatedAccuracy and verticalGeometryEstimatedAccuracy attributes (buildings DS) in the group Topo & Cadastre, Reference Data

Why the horizontalGeometryEstimatedAccuracy and verticalGeometryEstimatedAccuracy attributes are within BuildingGeometry2d if they are mean value? My opinion is that these attributes not have mustn't be within BuildingGeometry2d where I can fill they for each geometry of buildings but they...

INSPIRE CountryCode code list in the group Topo & Cadastre, Reference Data

The INSPIRE CountryCode code list does not contain any value, instead it refers to an external link, http://epp.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/statistics_explained/index.php/Glossary:European_Union_(EU), where you can search for the country codes. What is the reasoning behind this? This solution makes ...

beginLifespanVersion and endLifespanVersion are missing nillable property in Hydrogeology Schema in the group Earth Science

It seems that in the current version of the HydroGeologyCore schema http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/ge_hg/4.0/HydrogeologyCore.xsd all occurences of begin- and endLifespanVersion are missing the nillable="true" property and the nilReason attribute.

multiple representation for feature type Building in the group Topo & Cadastre, Reference Data

In the 2D Buildings schema, the multiple representation is allowed for feature type BuildingPart  (attribute geometry2D has multiplicity [1..*]) but not for feature type Building ((attribute geometry2D has multiplicity 1). This looks like an editorial error as the TWG BU intention was alw...
