The Digital Economy Unit, Joint Research Centre, is looking for a scientist to reinforce the team working on INSPIRE, digital governance and data ecosystems, in support of relevant digital policies in the EU.
S/he will analyse the actors and processes in data ecosystems and study the incentives and barriers during data collection, processing, integration, sharing and (re-) use to create insights or value-added services. S/he will also develop and test (e.g. in pilots) methods, approaches, standards and tools for improving data sharing and (re-)use in relevant thematic domains, in collaboration with relevant thematic stakeholders (private, public, citizens).
